Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

GridGoal is an iOS goal-tracking app built by LemmaLift LLC. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to run the service.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: When you sign up, we store your email address and a hashed password via Supabase Auth.

Goal data: Your projects, pillars, actions, and check-in progress are stored in our Supabase database, linked to your user ID.

Device data: We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location data.

Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs. Supabase may log basic request metadata (IP address, timestamp) per its own privacy policy.

3. Local Notifications

GridGoal may ask permission to send local push notifications to remind you about your actions. These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device and never sent through a server. If you deny permission, the app works fully without notifications. You can revoke permission any time in iOS Settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

To store and sync your goals across your devices
To schedule on-device reminders for your actions
To process subscription payments via Apple In-App Purchase
To respond to support requests you initiate

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase (supabase.com) — our backend database and authentication provider. Data is stored in the US. See their Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — subscription management. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous user ID and purchase receipts to verify entitlements. See their Privacy Policy.

Apple — In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may collect data per their Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, tap Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

7. Children’s Privacy

GridGoal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
